Returns 

Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@izmiandco.com with your order number and reason for return. If your request is approved, we'll share instructions for sending the item back.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective
  • Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@izmiandco.com and we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@izmiandco.com.
